Equipment Operator (Printing, 2nd Shift)

Location: Arden Hills, Minnesota, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

What you will do

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications, quality standards, and procedures.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance to support consistent output.
• Prepare inks and verify paper, plates, colors, formats, and quantities.
• Visually inspect printed forms throughout production runs.
• Coordinate with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and respond to deadline changes.
• Follow equipment and workplace safety requirements while handling print materials.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances and work with close tolerances.
• Strong mathematical, mechanical, reading, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to communicate accurate information and ideas effectively.
• Ability to remain stationary, operate machinery, move around the facility, and lift, push, pull, or carry 25+ pounds.
