Neural Nexus – Agentic AI Business Solutions (Insights & Analytics), Senior Manager - Hybrid

Location: Hybrid in Thousand Oaks, California, with in-office work required two to three times per week; U.S.-based role.

Salary: $137,144.95–$185,549.05 annual base salary, plus eligible total rewards.

What you will do

• Define product strategies and roadmaps for Agentic AI business solutions supporting market research, insights, and analytics.
• Own the full product lifecycle from business needs and use-case definition through design, development, testing, deployment, adoption, and enhancement.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative research, secondary data, and business questions into actionable product and research requirements.
• Coordinate Business Analytics & Insights, commercial, research, AI, technical, and external partner workstreams.
• Communicate product progress, findings, recommendations, risks, adoption, and performance to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive enablement, workflow integration, feedback loops, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement for AI-enabled insights generation.

Requirements

• Doctorate with 2 years of experience, master’s degree with 4 years, bachelor’s degree with 6 years, associate’s degree with 10 years, or high school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience.
• Significant biotechnology or pharmaceutical commercial insights, analytics, and primary market research experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end primary market research, including scoping, qualitative and quantitative analysis, agency management, synthesis, and communication.
• Product management experience covering user needs, requirements, roadmaps, prioritization, delivery, and adoption.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI and Generative AI applied to insights generation and commercial decision-making, with attention to methodological rigor and data quality.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, strategic analysis, communication, storytelling, adaptability, and ethical judgment.
