Digital Imaging Printer Operator

Location: Monroe Township, New Jersey, United States; onsite, 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Salary: $24.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Follow job orders and execute detailed production instructions accurately.
• Set up and adjust digital presses for production runs.
• Monitor print quality, product specifications, output, waste, and spoilage.
• Monitor equipment, identify mechanical issues, and coordinate maintenance support.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Complete production logs and paperwork accurately while following safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude, basic math skills, and the ability to calculate label dimensions.
• Strong computer skills, including downloading and manipulating files.
• Ability to understand verbal and written work-order instructions and communicate professionally.
• Ability to operate machinery, remain stationary for extended periods, move throughout the facility, and lift, push, pull, or carry 25+ pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production and quality standards.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of experience in a printing environment.
• High school education or equivalent.
