Quality Inspector (Print Production)

Location: Arden Hills, Minnesota, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET

What you will do

• Review and validate job specifications against quality control standards for accurate and timely completion.
• Set up initial job jackets for 150–250 daily jobs and maintain required paperwork and order logs.
• Perform quality checks throughout production and identify variances in printed and inserted output.
• Monitor insert tracking systems and complete required postal functions and daily production reports.
• Resolve inaccuracies or ambiguities in client specifications, identify required processing steps, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of direct mail, ISO 9001 documentation, security compliance, and postal regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overtime, multitask, meet deadlines, and support process improvement.
• Ability to walk or travel between machines for up to 8 hours, lift 20 pounds repeatedly, and perform prolonged sitting, standing, data entry, and repetitive wrist motions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Work may involve protected health information and requires compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Nice to have

• High school education.
• Six months of experience in a quality-oriented production environment.
