Digital Press Operator-Night Shift (EFI Nozomi 18000)

Location: Cudahy, Wisconsin, United States; on-site 3rd shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Salary: $26.00–$32.00 per hour, with possible overtime and shift differential.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, adjust, and monitor the EFI Nozomi 18000 digital press for varied print jobs and substrates.
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments to meet customer specifications and print standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment, print quality, and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the press, pre-feed systems, coating units, and related equipment.
• Verify materials, paper stocks, substrates, machine status, consumable levels, and front-to-back registration.
• Complete production, maintenance, inventory, and quality documentation while coordinating with leadership and maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets, layouts, and production specifications.
• Basic understanding of color reproduction and print quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent and previous digital printing or press operation experience are preferred.
