Team Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: Monroe Township and Cranbury, New Jersey, United States; onsite production facility

Salary: $26.00–$27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Plan and organize print jobs based on priorities, deadlines, and machine availability.
• Create production schedules for press and finishing operations.
• Coordinate workflow through prepress, printing, finishing, packaging, and delivery.
• Verify output against client specifications and brand standards, and approve final production.
• Train and support press operators and production staff while maintaining safety and equipment procedures.
• Manage materials, track costs and labor time, communicate production constraints, and reduce waste and errors.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in print production or a print shop environment.
• Knowledge of digital and large-format printing.
• Strong leadership, organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work around printing equipment and production noise, perform repetitive tasks, and work overtime when needed.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift, track inventory, follow safety procedures, and lift, push, pull, or carry materials weighing 25 pounds or more.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Additional printing experience.
