Location: Remote, US

Salary: $150K–$170K per year, plus equity

What you will do

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Medical Affairs projects while managing scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and compliance.
  • Establish operational processes and documentation systems for Medical Affairs activities.
  • Develop, review, and maintain accurate medical communications, scientific materials, and healthcare provider information.
  • Conduct literature reviews and present clinical data and research findings to customers, healthcare professionals, and academic partners.
  • Build relationships with healthcare providers, customers, and academic partners, with a focus on nursing relationships.
  • Support medical information inquiries, advisory boards, focus groups, stakeholder meetings, education events, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse or equivalent nursing degree; BSN or MSN preferred, or a PhD in a relevant field.
  • 3–7 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in clinical operations leadership, clinician education, or a related healthcare role.
  • At least 2 years of medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, project management, written communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and Medical Affairs regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack, with the ability to learn new software systems and use AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT responsibly.
