Vaccines Field Medical Director (Vaccines)

Location: United States — California — Remote. The territory includes Northern California, Central California, and Nevada, with 40–50% travel, including flights and external stakeholder meetings.

Annual base salary: $230,900–$384,800, plus a 25% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Plan and execute field medical strategy and engagement with external medical stakeholders across the assigned territory.
• Provide scientifically accurate education on vaccines, disease prevention, clinical and economic outcomes, and guideline-based care.
• Lead medical account planning, advisory boards, strategic collaborations, patient care projects, and non-interventional studies.
• Support clinical trial site identification, Investigator Sponsored Research, and research involving under-represented patient populations.
• Share stakeholder insights with hirify.global and collaborate with Medical Affairs, HEOR, account teams, research, and development colleagues.
• Represent hirify.global Medical Affairs, mentor colleagues, and provide territory and asset leadership.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience required.
• Leadership experience with the ability to influence, collaborate, coach others, and create meaningful medical impact.
• Strong clinical, technical, scientific communication, interpersonal, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in vaccines, field medical, healthcare management, managed care, payer or organized customer settings, pharmaceutical industry, quality improvement, outcomes, or epidemiology.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future. A valid U.S. driver’s license and compliant driving record are required.

Nice to have

• Previous field medical experience.
• Experience with U.S. health information technology and optimization of major EHR platforms.
• Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, emerging healthcare trends, and relevant SOPs and regulations.
