Senior Financial Analyst (MedTech)

Location: Raynham, Massachusetts; West Chester, Pennsylvania preferred, with New Jersey locations considered

Base pay: $94,000–$151,800 annually

What you will do

• Build financial models and forecasts for revenue, standard COGS, and operating expenses.
• Own the Early Intervention P&L, including month-end close, journal entries, accruals, variance commentary, headcount reporting, and leadership presentations.
• Analyze monthly P&L performance, pricing, Gross to Net, gross profit, and sales and marketing operating expenses.
• Support managed care access bids and work with the Government Pricing team on quarterly pricing calculations.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and present financial results to cross-functional leadership.
• Model strategic deal opportunities to evaluate financial benefits for DePuy Synthes and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
• At least three years of finance and accounting experience required.
• English proficiency required.
• Strong analytical, accounting, communication, interpersonal, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certification.
• Experience with SAP, Tableau, and TM1.
