Financial Operations Analyst

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States; onsite

Salary: $52,500–$70,000 annually, plus potential performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Review, validate, and update tariff tool data for accuracy, completeness, and trade compliance.
• Prepare and submit Post Summary Corrections and Customs Protests under U.S. Customs regulations.
• Reconcile ACE customs data, Accounts Payable data, PSC filings, and tariff management tools.
• Investigate data variances and compliance exceptions, implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare audit, compliance, management, and operational reports and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with customs brokers, logistics, finance, procurement, and operations teams on duty recovery, tariff mitigation, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant finance or data analysis experience preferred.
• Advanced PC skills and strong Microsoft Office, especially Excel, proficiency.
• Knowledge of financial and data analysis principles, tariff analysis, Accounts Payable reconciliation, trade compliance tracking, and financial metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data modeling, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Experience with SAP, Python, Jira, and Tableau Prep is preferred.
