Team Leader Production

Location: Boardman, OR, USA (East Plant); onsite production role with weekend and swing or graveyard shift availability required

Salary: $71,410–$107,110 annually

What you will do

• Lead production employees and manage production, quality, safety, cost, and customer service goals.
• Identify and resolve production process bottlenecks and execute plant process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and staffing to maintain production schedules.
• Supervise 20–30 production employees, including training, work planning, performance evaluation, and problem resolution.
• Develop an engaged, team-oriented workforce and support the company’s safety and wellness culture.
• Participate in leadership training focused on future Operations Team Lead advancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or three years of related experience.
• Ability to interpret safety, operating, maintenance, and procedure documents and communicate effectively with employees and groups.
• Knowledge of manufacturing software and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the role, including regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work weekends and shift work, including swing and graveyard shifts.
