Project Manager, Transportation (Civil Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead transportation project teams and deliver work within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Manage project execution, including risks, deliverables, resources, financial performance, and client expectations.
• Lead roadway and highway design projects, including plans, specifications, cost estimates, alignments, cross-sections, and right-of-way evaluations.
• Provide technical leadership and quality oversight during design development and construction support phases.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subconsultants, clients, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Support proposals, pursuits, business development, and the mentoring and professional development of technical staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• At least 5 years of project management experience from conception through completion; 6 years preferred.
• Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, teams, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication skills.
