Senior Analyst, Manufacturing Finance Intelligence

What you will do

• Build and maintain Snowflake pipelines ingesting SAP/S4 manufacturing and cost object data.
• Develop dashboards for plant cost analytics, including variances, scrap, absorption, cost structure, and production efficiency.
• Build capex tracking analytics covering project spend, budgets, depreciation forecasting, and post-investment reviews.
• Support Snowflake Cortex AI agents for close automation, forecast pack generation, cost variance analysis, and Plant Controller requests.
• Automate month-end close and forecasting deliverables by replacing manual Excel processes with validated pipeline outputs.
• Perform reconciliation, data validation, root-cause analysis, and documentation for audit and finance architecture standards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in finance, data analytics, or data engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, variance analysis, absorption, and scrap.
• Fluent SQL and Python skills with experience building data pipelines.
• Experience with Snowflake or an equivalent cloud data platform.
• Experience building dashboards used by business stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP/S4 cost object data and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing finance, plant controlling, or supply chain cost management.
• Exposure to Snowflake Cortex or LLM APIs.
