Senior Financial Analyst (Supply Chain Finance)

Location: Hybrid in Tlalnepantla de Baz, Mexico

What you will do

• Lead monthly accounting close activities for multiple strategic business units and accounts in accordance with company policies, internal controls, and US GAAP.
• Manage monthly forecasting processes and provide insights into financial plans and performance versus expectations.
• Build productive relationships with Procurement, Planning, Transportation, business units, and the Product Supply Organization.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial updates for internal and external outlooks and support annual standards setting and training.
• Provide financial expertise for contract analysis, business projects, and strategic decisions.
• Identify and drive process improvements across business units, cost, forecasting, and supply chain finance teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to influence others, communicate complex financial information clearly, and drive change.
• Strong planning, organization, prioritization, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to work in the hybrid workplace in Tlalnepantla de Baz, Mexico.
