What you will do
- Audit commission payments against carrier remittance data for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile carrier revenue records with internal GAIN systems and identify payment discrepancies.
- Investigate and correct data issues involving member identifiers, effective dates, and duplicate or incomplete records.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve enrollment and payment mismatches.
- Document reconciliation findings and track exceptions through resolution.
- Support ad hoc reporting on commission and revenue accuracy for leadership.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in reconciliation, accounting support, or data auditing.
- Strong Excel skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Comfort working across multiple systems and following up with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in Orange, California.
