Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Saint Louis, Missouri, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Gather, research, compile, and normalize raw data from multiple sources for centralized analysis.
• Analyze trends, industry and company benchmarks, and cost data.
• Define data terms, document data limitations, and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, charts, graphs, mailing lists, maps, and ad hoc analyses.
• Provide recommendations based on findings and contribute to policies, procedures, and departmental projects.
• Support presentations and may oversee the planning, monitoring, and review of project assignments.

Requirements

• Typically a BS/BA in a related discipline with 5–8 years of related experience, or an MS/MA with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of experience is preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of relational database concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, deductive reasoning, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make effective decisions with incomplete information.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass applicable pre-employment assessments.
