Clinical Training Coordinator (Clinical Compliance)

Location: Remote from the United States; role associated with Chaska, Minnesota

Salary: $74,000–$101,750 annually, plus bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical training and development programs.
• Administer training activities and maintain accurate compliance documentation.
• Coordinate program materials and support training content development.
• Partner with clinical operations, bioinformatics, and clinical compliance stakeholders.
• Support audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in clinical training coordination, quality systems, or learning and development in a regulated environment.
• Experience working with clinical compliance.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems or Quality Management Systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FDA, GxP, ICH-GCP, or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Experience supporting training programs in clinical, pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare settings.
