Technical Learning Advisor (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Kinston, North Carolina, United States; 100% onsite. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.

hirify.global Aerosystems Kinston manufactures advanced composite aerostructures and aircraft components, including parts for the hirify.global A350 XWB.

What you will do

• Assess competency status and support training plans to close identified gaps.
• Facilitate workstation routines using the hirify.global Poly-poly tool to identify training needs.
• Maintain employee profiles in learning management systems in line with quality management and production organization requirements.
• Collect training requests, coordinate follow-up with the training team, and align new-hire training paths with job competencies.
• Maintain competency KPIs and present performance updates to senior management.
• Support classroom training and manage recertification schedules for production employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and manufacturing industry experience.
• Three years of training experience in manufacturing or four years of progressive manufacturing experience supporting employee development.
• Intermediate presentation, facilitation, verbal communication, listening, and group-dynamics skills.
• Intermediate Excel or Sheets and PowerPoint or Slides skills.
• Experience with learning management systems such as Cornerstone and SuccessFactors is preferred.
• 100% onsite work in Kinston, NC and current US work authorization are required.

• Experience as a training coordinator.
• Experience in aerospace advanced manufacturing.
