Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Work with manufacturing engineers and production teams on real engineering projects.
• Learn manufacturing processes, equipment, and operations on the production floor.
• Identify and implement improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and analyze production data.
• Support process improvement, equipment, tooling, layout, time-study, and documentation projects.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives through project completion.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field at a four-year college or university.
• Sophomore, junior, or senior standing during the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Interest in manufacturing and hands-on engineering work.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment and spending significant time on the production floor.
