Manager / Lead Associate, Demand Planning

What you will do

• Review historical sales trends, demand drivers, statistical forecasts, and forecast results.
• Develop demand forecasts across multiple aggregation levels and time horizons, including rolling 18–24-month sales projections.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, customers, and global supply chain teams to create consensus forecasts and reconcile variances.
• Support inventory strategies for existing products, new products, and product phase-outs, while coordinating customer action plans with Supply Planning.
• Prepare data and reports for S&OP, forecast accuracy, forecast bias, forecast fidelity, bids, RFPs, promotions, and customer events.
• Identify forecast improvement opportunities, support risk mitigation, and leverage AI to automate processes and improve demand planning analysis and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree or 7 years with a Bachelor's degree in demand planning, forecasting, or supply planning.
• Ability to work with large datasets and develop diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics models.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
