Mass Inventory Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States, with listed locations in Bentonville, Minneapolis, and Richardson.

What you will do

• Develop and manage forecasts for Walmart and Target at item and total-business levels.
• Partner with Walmart and Target planners, inventory analysts, and replenishment managers.
• Create ladder plans to support accurate inventory flow and timely purchase order creation.
• Provide forecasting and inventory reports to Purchasing and coordinate import purchase orders, forecast changes, and factory updates with GFE.
• Analyze Walmart Connect, Roundel, promotional, and POS performance across e-commerce and retail channels.
• Produce ad hoc reports, insights, and recommendations to support product listings, assortment expansion, and business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in inventory planning, forecasting, analytics, supply chain, sales support, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with data.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail customers, inventory systems, reporting tools, or AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT is a plus.
