Demand Planner (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Maintain SKU-level sales demand forecasts by customer and communicate forecasts in volume, revenue, and cost.
• Analyze monthly forecast data, prepare forecast-change and customer impact reports, and support standardized reporting.
• Extend the 18–24-month rolling forecast, update customer mix, align planning parameters, and execute monthly kit-build activities.
• Participate in weekly and monthly cross-functional demand and supply reviews and help resolve imbalances.
• Support product transition plans, identify slow-moving inventory, and develop inventory reduction opportunities.
• Contribute to annual budgets, cost-effective initiatives, scenario analysis, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or finance.
• Experience in the medical device or FDA-regulated industry.
• Experience with QAD ERP/MRP, demand planning software, and a manufacturing environment.
• Strong team-building, problem-solving, written communication, and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable quality systems and federal and international standards.
