What you will do

• Lead industrial engineering projects focused on reducing operating expenses, increasing revenue, improving customer service, productivity, and operational performance.
• Develop operating plans, analytical models, engineering tools, business processes, and operational solutions.
• Plan package volume distribution, facility utilization, manpower needs, expansion, equipment, new products, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead project planning, stakeholder communications, requirements specifications, solution design, system development, testing, and implementation.
• Evaluate capital and expense requests, develop project and operational budgets, and prepare business justifications for funding approval.
• Design and deliver technical training while coordinating communication between operations and corporate departments.

Requirements

• BS degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Strong engineering, analytical, systems, computer, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to create operating and budgetary plans, business tools, and analytical models.
• Project development, project leadership, and technical training experience.
