Sr. Construction Project Manager

Location: On-site in Georgetown, Texas, United States; occasional domestic travel required.

What you will do

• Oversee the planning, design, budgeting, permitting, construction, and turnover of engineering labs, manufacturing expansions, and facility upgrades.
• Translate stakeholder needs into project requirements and lead scope reviews with engineering, operations, architectural, and construction partners.
• Manage construction documents, including plans, specifications, RFIs, and submittals, using electronic plan room tools.
• Develop contractor scopes of work, conduct bid reviews, recommend awards, and initiate construction contracts.
• Coordinate construction sites with production teams and contractors while managing changes, schedules, budgets, procurement, and project controls.
• Assess facility power and cooling capacity and facilitate completed-project turnover to engineering, operations, and facilities management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or comparable experience.
• 4–8 years of experience in construction, construction management, or facilities management in an engineering or project management role.
• Experience managing construction projects from design and planning through procurement, implementation, and turnover.
• Ability to read and assess construction plans and specifications.
• Strong collaboration, written communication, oral communication, contracting, and budget management skills.
• Must work on-site in Georgetown, Texas, with occasional domestic travel.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk Build, PlanGrid, or similar tools.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment and building systems.
• Experience with data centers, test labs, industrial facilities, or large academic, healthcare, or commercial projects.
