Sr. Specialist, Manufacturing Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Camden, Arkansas, United States. On-site weekend first-shift schedule: 12 hours per day, 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and analyze manufacturing engineering plans and projects.
• Define, develop, and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies, and systems.
• Develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes.
• Coordinate the release of new products with engineering project teams.
• Estimate and track manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Maintain records and reporting systems supporting manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Alternatively, a graduate degree and at least 4 years of related engineering experience.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of related engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of the job area and broad project management knowledge.
• Ability to manage complex projects or processes with general oversight and communicate across functions.
• Some positions may require a security clearance, which may be granted only to U.S. citizens; background checks and drug testing may apply.
