Industrial Engineer II (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support implementation of the hirify.global Fulfillment System across the order-to-cash process.
• Lead and coordinate new product introductions within operations.
• Support facility transformation, technology transfer, and maintenance of mixed-model production lines and value streams.
• Implement process improvement policies, procedures, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize product, material, and information flows to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Define layouts and processes, and justify, select, and implement production equipment while working with shop-floor personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• 3–5 years of related engineering experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Pro/ENGINEER.
• Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methods.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Problem-solving, conflict-resolution, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
