Talent Management Lead

What you will do

• Develop and execute short- and long-term workforce plans aligned with business strategy and growth objectives.
• Analyze talent data, market trends, and capability gaps to shape hiring strategies and proactive talent pipelines.
• Manage strategic and operational recruitment for critical and complex roles while improving candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
• Design regional early-career programs, build university and community relationships, and create structured development pathways.
• Lead regional implementation of the talent acquisition model and manage agencies, service levels, key performance indicators, and improvement plans.
• Use analytics to track hiring metrics, provide recommendations, and drive continuous improvement across talent processes.

Requirements

• Significant experience in talent management, human resources, and workforce planning.
• Experience managing strategic and operational recruitment.
• Experience managing or partnering with external vendors.
• Exposure to early-career programs or talent development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Houston, Texas, USA.
