Talent Acquisition Analyst, External Workforce & Managed Service Provider (MSP)

What you will do

• Lead MSP and external workforce processes across requisitions, supplier coordination, onboarding, assignment changes, extensions, conversions, offboarding, invoice reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Conduct workforce audits, reconcile data across systems, identify control gaps, coordinate remediation, and maintain audit evidence.
• Lead workforce classification and optimization initiatives, including staff-augmentation, outsourced-service, and SOW-to-contingent-worker reviews.
• Partner with MSPs, suppliers, Procurement, Workforce Planning, HR Technology, Finance, Legal, Security, HR partners, and business leaders.
• Lead process improvement, automation, technology adoption, workflow design, testing, and measurement of operational improvements.
• Develop SOPs, dashboards, executive reports, metrics, and actionable insights covering workforce, suppliers, spend, service levels, exceptions, and data quality.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience supporting MSP programs, workforce management, vendor management, program operations, or related functions.
• Experience working in an MSP environment and supporting contingent labor, non-employee workforce, supplier management, or workforce governance.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, including experience building dashboards, reports, scorecards, or workforce analytics.
• Strong process documentation, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience leading process improvement or automation initiatives and translating findings into sustained countermeasures.
• Experience with Workday and vendor management systems.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Lists, Forms, or comparable tools.
• CCWP, project management, change management, or automation certification.
