Director, Strategy and Continuous Improvement - FIJI Water

Location: West Los Angeles, California, USA; hybrid schedule with in-office work Monday–Wednesday and remote work optional Thursday–Friday. Up to 25% domestic and international travel to Fiji is required.

Salary: $190,000–$220,000 per year, with a possible discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead strategic, commercial, and operational initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Develop strategic plans supporting long-term growth and operational excellence.
• Partner with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive organizational change.
• Lead and mentor the Continuous Improvement team and oversee the FIJI Water Project Management Office.
• Build continuous improvement capabilities through coaching, training, workshops, and leadership development.
• Apply Lean, problem-solving, and change management methods to eliminate waste, improve processes, and establish scalable management systems.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, operations, technology, finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of people management experience, including team development.
• Strong executive presence, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing ambiguity.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
