Director, Digital Supply Chain IT

Location: Hybrid work environment in Camden, New Jersey, with periodic travel to Campbell’s sites and partner locations.

Salary: $195,400–$268,700 annual base salary for the full-time, salaried position.

What you will do

• Act as the primary IT digital partner for Logistics, Procurement, Commercialization, and Order-to-Cash leadership.
• Define and execute multi-year digital strategies and roadmaps across supply chain domains.
• Own portfolio prioritization, investment planning, governance, executive reporting, and value realization.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, including ERP implementations, acquisition integrations, data and analytics programs, and major business integrations.
• Coordinate internal IT teams and external partners while managing risks, dependencies, trade-offs, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, building organizational capability for future supply chain and digital needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including supply chain technologies.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Commercialize.
• Experience developing and executing multi-year IT strategies and roadmaps and leading large-scale cross-functional programs and portfolios.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, financial analysis, decision-making, and influence without direct authority.
• Familiarity with modern product operating models and agile delivery practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or other complex supply chain environments.
• Experience supporting ERP deployments, acquisitions, or major business integrations.
