Lead Program Manager (Strategic Operations & Organizational Effectiveness)

Location: Milpitas, California, United States; onsite at the Milpitas office

Salary: $121,400–$206,400 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategic organizational initiatives that improve effectiveness, collaboration, execution excellence, and operational efficiency.
• Define objectives, success metrics, governance models, operating rhythms, and execution plans while managing risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Design and run employee engagement, recognition, communications, community-building, feedback, and all-hands programs.
• Build stakeholder alignment, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive adoption of strategic initiatives without direct authority.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, leadership messaging, business reviews, and organizational communications.
• Track key actions, decisions, and commitments and support strategic planning, leadership events, and follow-through.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic programs, business operations, organizational effectiveness, strategy and planning, chief of staff functions, or cross-functional transformation.
• Experience supporting engineering, technology, product development, or similarly complex organizations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading highly visible cross-functional initiatives and translating strategy into execution in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to work onsite at the Milpitas, California office.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor, storage, hardware, or technology industry experience.
• Background in business operations, strategy and planning, organizational effectiveness, PMO, or chief of staff functions.
• Experience working across global and highly matrixed organizations.
