Senior Consultant - EPM (Anaplan)

Location: North America; compensation terms are provided for US-based hires and Toronto-based hires.

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 USD for US-based hires or $120,000–$160,000 CAD for Toronto-based hires, plus a variable bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client planning processes and identify challenges suited to Anaplan.
• Design, configure, and implement Anaplan solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.
• Deliver product demonstrations and facilitate tailored solution workshops.
• Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams on pre-sales engagements and post-sale implementations.
• Lead strategic engagements involving complex financial reporting and multi-entity requirements.
• Prepare client-facing project plans, functional and technical specifications, presentations, and data-driven recommendations while mentoring consultants.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of consulting or digital transformation experience, ideally in financial services or private markets.
• Experience delivering or supporting Anaplan implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes.
• Ability to lead client engagements and manage delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a technology-related field.
