Digital Consulting Senior Director (Oracle Engineering & Construction)

Location: Chicago, United States; remote designation included. Travel up to 75% is required.

Base salary: $215,000–$275,000 per year. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $268,750–$371,250.

What you will do

• Lead complex Oracle ERP, PPM, and Primavera transformation programs for Engineering & Construction clients.
• Develop end-to-end solution architectures and deal strategies for high-value E&C pursuits.
• Build and scale offerings covering project-to-finance integration, cost-to-complete forecasting, WIP accounting, revenue recognition, and joint venture management.
• Manage executive client relationships across Finance, PMO, and Operations while defining scope, budgets, roadmaps, governance, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Oracle on industry alliance and co-sell initiatives, thought leadership, webinars, and industry events.
• Build and mentor specialized delivery teams and manage engagement financials, including forecasting, margin, utilization, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience, including 7+ years in Engineering & Construction.
• Deep knowledge of E&C project lifecycle management, project controls, procurement, contract management, forecasting, WIP accounting, revenue recognition, subcontracting, change orders, and joint venture accounting.
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle PPM, Primavera Cloud or Unifier, and Oracle transformation implementations.
• Experience leading complex multi-million-dollar programs, large-deal pursuits, solution architecture, proposal development, and executive presentations.
• Proven business development and revenue-generation experience of $2M+ annually, including Oracle alliance and co-sell models.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Primavera Cloud, Unifier, and Oracle Joint Venture Management.
• Background in capital projects, EPC firms, or infrastructure development.
• Experience building industry-specific accelerators or delivery frameworks.
• Relevant Oracle ERP, PPM, Primavera, or related certifications.
