Relationship Manager Senior

Location: In office at 11860 Whittier Blvd, Whittier, California, US 90601

Starting base salary: $78,970–$126,140 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Acquire new small business and personal clients and deepen existing relationships through tailored banking solutions.
• Manage a client portfolio, identify opportunities across deposits, investments, credit, loans, and lines of credit, and drive retention and expansion.
• Provide financial advice by analyzing client needs, financial statements, growth ambitions, and economic conditions.
• Build business through networking, community involvement, civic affairs, and professional organizations.
• Partner with internal CNB teams to resolve service issues, refer opportunities, and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Manage lending, operational, and regulatory risk while following bank policies and applicable requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of direct sales experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Must be in good standing under the Safe Act and be registered or licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, or be eligible for registration.
• Knowledge of personal and business banking products, financial statement analysis, negotiation, and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, including CIP, KYC, lending policies, and procedures.
