Electrical Technician III (HVAC)

Location: On-site in Torrance, California, United States

Salary: $35.07–$41.00 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, panels, and circuits.
• Install, maintain, and repair chillers, air handlers, and cleanroom environmental controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and HVAC equipment.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and complete work orders on schedule.
• Support reliable infrastructure across laboratory, manufacturing, and office environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in electrical and HVAC maintenance, preferably in a life sciences or GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 30 lb.
