Customer Strategy Senior Advisor (Clean Energy)

Location: Hybrid role based at an SCE facility in Irwindale, California; employees are generally required to work and reside in California. Office attendance is required for a set number of days, with remote work available on the remaining days.

Salary: $161,700–$242,600 per year

What you will do

• Drive analytical support for enterprise operations, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and project delivery.
• Advise stakeholders by presenting complex findings and recommendations on business operations.
• Create and monitor KPI dashboards and performance metrics to support process improvement and portfolio operations.
• Evaluate operational processes, business scenarios, risks, and constraints to recommend efficiency improvements and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate project requirements, recommend analytical tools, provide updates, and support business planning and performance management teams.
• Mentor newly hired analysts and validate processes against applicable laws, rules, principles, and industry standards.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in business operations analysis.
• Experience with customer experience strategy and design principles.
• Experience in utilities or other regulated industries, preferably with clean energy and sustainability.
• Experience using Excel, Power BI, or SAS for data analysis.
• Experience presenting data and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to work and reside in California and report to an SCE facility under the hybrid work arrangement.
