Senior Consultant - Commercial Analytics & Data Management (Master Data Management)

Location: Hybrid in Princeton, New Jersey or New York; candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data warehouse and Master Data Management projects focused on HCP, HCO, and payer data.
• Define project scope and strategic approaches with clients and internal teams.
• Manage client communications, stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate third-party data exchanges, monitor data quality, and resolve discrepancies.
• Translate technical findings into actionable client recommendations and presentations.
• Lead product development and process improvement initiatives while mentoring junior consultants.

Requirements

• At least four years of professional experience in master data or commercial data strategy within the US pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Proven experience implementing HCP, HCO, or payer MDM platforms.
• Knowledge of MDM systems such as Reltio and data integration technologies.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced Excel, with strong PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Strong communication, project management, people management, data governance, and data quality skills.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field.
