Energy Efficiency Consultant, Channel Program Delivery (Hybrid Schedule)

Location: Hybrid role based in Berlin, CT, Westwood, MA, or Manchester, NH. Employees must work at least three days per week in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and must be able to work up to five days in the office when required. Travel between MA, CT, and NH and field visits to customer and construction sites are required.

Annual salary: $96,460–$107,180, with potential incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Drive residential customer engagement through retail, recycling, online marketplace, and supplier-driven energy efficiency programs.
• Build relationships with manufacturers, distributors, retailers, contractors, consultants, and program administrators.
• Coordinate customers, vendors, contractors, advisory consultants, and internal marketing and regulatory teams.
• Prepare RFPs and support procurement of program administration and contracted services.
• Manage budgeting, invoicing, expense tracking, energy savings analysis, and financial controls.
• Review projects and program applications, support implementation of new technologies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three to five years of relevant experience in technical marketing, sales, project management, engineering, architecture, or energy efficiency.
• Ability to interpret energy efficiency and renewable technologies and understand their applications.
• Understanding of financial principles and proficiency with desktop applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in the office at least three days per week and up to five days when required.
• Must be available for emergency restoration assignments and travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire as needed. Eversource does not provide immigration-related visa sponsorship.
