Logistics Operations Specialist

Location: US-TX-Cedar Creek; onsite logistics and warehouse operations

Salary: $24.54–$38.34 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate inbound logistics for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and material traceability.
• Handle, store, and move critical, regulated, and hazardous materials in line with regulatory, quality, and safety requirements.
• Prioritize shipments, production orders, and material requests to support uninterrupted manufacturing and supply chain performance.
• Use SAP ERP/MRP and Microsoft Office to process goods-receipt transactions, analyze data, and support operational reporting.
• Lead daily logistics execution, including task prioritization, escalation management, cross-training, and team productivity monitoring.
• Identify process deviations, implement corrective actions, and improve safety, quality, service, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Higher education or specialized training/certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience or capability in logistics, receiving, inventory control, factory support, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to follow GDP, GMP, EHS, SOP, quality-system, and material-handling requirements.
• Ability to safely operate or oversee powered industrial trucks, including forklifts and order pickers, in accordance with certification requirements.
