Manufacturing Quality Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Brighton, Colorado, United States; on-site. The role requires approximately 30%–40% travel among manufacturing facilities, vendor sites, and client locations.

Salary: $120,000–$135,000 annually, plus bonus and Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing quality operations and Quality teams across multiple production sites.
• Oversee mechanical quality for fabrication, structural assemblies, sheet metal, welding, coatings, fastening, and enclosures.
• Oversee electrical quality for switchgear, switchboards, breakers, cabinets, busbars, controls, wiring, and safety testing.
• Lead FAT and FWT readiness, test procedure approvals, calibration verification, traceability, defect resolution, and witness inspections.
• Implement process controls including PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, Poka-Yoke, standardized work, FAI, and layered audits.
• Maintain audit readiness, quality dashboards, CAPA activities, supplier quality coordination, and executive risk reporting.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing quality, quality engineering, quality assurance, electrical quality, mechanical quality, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing cross-functional Quality teams across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Experience with both electrical hardware and mechanical fabrication, structural welding, sheet metal, coatings, and enclosures.
• Strong experience with FAT, FWT, hi-pot, dielectric, continuity, IQC, IPQC, OQC, and end-to-end manufacturing inspection.
• Knowledge of UL compliance and certification requirements, QMS principles, ISO auditing, and quality data management.
• Mastery of CAPA, RCA, SCAR, 8D, NCR, containment, deviation management, and effectiveness verification; willingness to travel 30%–40% is required. The position is safety-sensitive and requires participation in safety, background check, drug, and alcohol programs.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, or quality engineering.
• ASQ CQE, CQA, or CQM certification; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
• AWS Certified Welding Inspector designation or formal NDE training.
• Experience with UL 891, UL 508, NRTL, NETA ATS, enterprise QMS software, ERP/MES integrations, and advanced quality analytics.
