Associate Quality Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: York, Pennsylvania, United States. Primarily based in a production and/or warehouse setting, with occasional travel.

What you will do

• Design and implement quality assurance, compliance, and production quality policies and procedures.
• Establish quality strategies, systems, controls, performance metrics, and site scorecards.
• Implement company-wide quality programs and maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and independent agency standards.
• Manage quality incident resolution, including root cause analysis, cost-of-quality calculations, corrective actions, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead internal and external audit processes and address audit deficiencies with site quality representatives.
• Guide staffing, training, employee relations, and performance management for the Quality function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production environments, plant operations, and process change management.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, worker protection, and site regulatory requirements.
• Ability to identify problems and apply a disciplined approach to resolution.
• Frequent walking and standing; occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
