What you will do

• Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, end users, and Enterprise Technology teams to identify needs, pain points, and process improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, validate, and prioritize business, functional, technical, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate delivery activities across planning, development, testing, implementation, release readiness, deployment, and post-production support.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and manage changes to scope, timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Evaluate business processes, automation opportunities, business cases, impact assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications or technology platforms.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and business processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site to support collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow platforms, modules, workflows, configurations, ITSM, HRSD, or Customer Service Management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum, or ServiceNow certification.
