What you will do
- Lead enterprise requirements gathering, discovery workshops, process mapping, and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, governance documents, and compliance-related artifacts.
- Research regulatory requirements, industry practices, vendor capabilities, and system impacts.
- Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mappings.
- Manage issue logs, action items, impact assessments, risks, and cross-functional follow-through.
- Support UAT strategy, test planning, defect triage, solution design, and mentoring of junior analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–8+ years of experience leading business analysis for enterprise systems or multi-department initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio or comparable workflow-mapping tools.
- Strong analytical, research, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Experience with policy development, large-scale system implementations, data platforms, ERP or HRIS systems, or workflow automation.
- Understanding of project management methodologies, SDLC, Agile, or change management practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise data environments, Power BI, Tableau, SQL concepts, or data governance.
- Experience supporting NIST, ISO, DFARS, CMMC, or government contracting environments.
- Familiarity with workflow automation, integration platforms, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
- Preference may be given to Calista shareholders, descendants, spouses, or eligible shareholders of other corporations established under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
