Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote for residents of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, California, or Virginia. Washington residents within reasonable driving distance of Tukwila must work from headquarters on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; other approved-location residents work remotely.

Salary: $156,200–$190,800 target pay range annually; full pay range $121,200–$225,800 annually, plus performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and business cases for complex business banking products, systems, and applications.
• Lead products through research, concept development, solution design, prioritization, delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Develop growth, adoption, pricing, and performance strategies for payments, invoicing, cash flow, and business banking solutions.
• Use member feedback, market trends, regulatory considerations, and operational data to guide product decisions.
• Partner with technology, architecture, operations, compliance, legal, finance, customer service, vendors, and business teams.
• Manage releases, competing priorities, product metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, business, or a related discipline.
• Typically 7 years of product management, product development, or platform technology experience.
• Experience owning the full product development lifecycle and managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience determining product strategy from customer needs and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Eligibility is limited to residents of the approved U.S. states listed above.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or credit unions.
• Experience with ACH, wires, bill pay, peer-to-peer payments, real-time payments, or related payment technologies.
• Advanced degree or experience working in an agile environment.
