Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Tempe, AZ, United States; travel required up to 10% of the time; relocation eligible.

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year

What you will do

• Design, execute, analyze, and document complex process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization and measure film properties across semiconductor and display manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot engineering issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, product documentation, and analytical data.
• Work with customers, vendors, suppliers, and R&D teams to resolve issues and implement new technologies and products.
• Support junior colleagues and lead project teams when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–7 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Ability to work onsite in Tempe, Arizona and travel up to 10% of the time.
