People Operations Generalist (People Analytics)

hirify.global is a trading firm scaling its People function through data-driven employee lifecycle programs and systems.

What you will do

• Drive People analytics end to end, including metric definition, reporting infrastructure, and headcount, hiring, turnover, and performance reporting.
• Build and audit workforce datasets, pressure-test People data, and translate findings into recommendations for People Partners and leaders.
• Own HRIS and internal Portal configuration, access, integrations, data integrity, and vendor coordination.
• Lead compensation market intelligence and benchmarking, model costs, and recommend compensation actions.
• Manage performance reviews, promotion and leveling cycles, offboarding, and analysis of retention insights.
• Automate manual work and support onboarding, benefits, leave, and employee questions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Generalist, People Analytics, HR/Compensation, or related analytical role with ownership of data, metrics, or systems.
• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building and auditing complex models.
• Experience assembling datasets from multiple sources and building reporting in Power BI or a comparable tool; SQL or similar querying experience is a plus.
• Hands-on HRIS administration experience, including configuration, data integrity, and vendor management.
• Strong judgment with confidential compensation, performance, and employee relations data, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Paycom, Culture Amp, or an HRIS migration.
• Experience with compensation and market benchmarking data.
• SQL or similar querying experience.
