Operations Project Analyst

What you will do

• Review operational reports and identify discrepancies, exceptions, risks, and issues requiring escalation.
• Collect and analyze testing results, screenshots, and supporting documentation.
• Support QA, system implementation, business requirements, and process improvement activities.
• Process advisory account setup, maintenance, coding, and data requests.
• Validate system-of-record data, research exceptions, and identify workflow and control improvements.
• Partner with operations, advisory, business, and technology teams on Activity and InvestCloud initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with data analysis and operational report review.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate information processing.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and issue escalation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to support testing, implementation, and data validation activities.

Nice to have

• QA or software/system testing experience.
• Advisory account, brokerage operations, or account maintenance experience.
• Experience with Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar reporting and data tools.
• Experience supporting system implementations or technology projects.
• InvestCloud experience.
