Location: Louisville, Kentucky, United States; onsite warehouse environment

Salary: $18.50 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare materials and supplies for hourly new-hire orientation sessions.
• Conduct warehouse tours for candidates during interviews and distribute new-hire badges and OpenPath cards.
• Maintain employee profiles by uploading attendance and behavioral feedback forms.
• Use UKG or another HRIS for reporting, attendance tracking, and roster management.
• Assign attendance points for no-call/no-show events, voluntary time off, and missed punches according to policy.
• Support employee engagement activities, HR communications, mail distribution, and job-abandonment notifications.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to administrative work.
• Ability to support daily human resources operations in a dynamic warehouse environment.
• Ability to maintain accurate employee, attendance, scheduling, and roster data.
• Ability to follow established HR protocols and attendance policies.
• Ability to work onsite in Louisville, Kentucky, United States.
