Associate Customer Technical Program Manager (Data Centers)

Location: PHX-04, Phoenix, United States; on-site work with occasional travel of up to 25%

hirify.global develops and operates data center infrastructure supporting customer programs across the facility lifecycle.

What you will do

• Support customer lifecycle programs from pre-construction through delivery and post-delivery support.
• Coordinate communication between Sales, Solutions Architecture, Platform Delivery, Operations, customers, and external partners.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, schedules, tracking tools, and customer-facing materials.
• Support pre-sales, contract review, change request tracking, meeting preparation, status reporting, risk tracking, and KPI reporting.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to process standardization and improvement.
• Support customer relationships through responsive communication, follow-through, and issue escalation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; degree may be in progress.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, engineering, or a related environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including required Excel skills.
• Ability to learn technical concepts related to data center design and construction and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work on-site and travel occasionally, up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Mechanical or electrical background.
• Experience with budgets, financial reporting, workflow design, or process improvement.
