New Build Deployment Enablement Manager (Data Center Network Infrastructure)

Location: Remote, Colorado, United States; travel required 15–30% to data center campuses for site visits and workshops.

Salary: $66,120–$104,400 USD gross base pay annually.

What you will do

• Own deployment trackers for assigned buildings and track milestones from Cable Ready through Production Ready.
• Lead weekly coordination calls across Design, Engineering, Construction, Network Deployment, and supporting teams.
• Coordinate network infrastructure deployment across 2–4 concurrent data center sites.
• Track dependencies, hardware delivery SLAs, BOMs, warehouse logistics, and construction and network schedules.
• Identify schedule risks, create and manage SEVs, communicate timeline impacts, and escalate missed commitments.
• Standardize deployment templates, conduct lessons-learned reviews, and mentor incoming deployment enablement managers.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive project or program management experience in data center construction, network infrastructure, telecommunications, or critical facility deployment.
• Strong understanding of data center network infrastructure, production network layers, rack and stack, provisioning, circuit audits, device scanning, and activation or undrain workflows.
• Experience with data center construction phases including foundation, cable start, TFO, commissioning, and network turn-up.
• Experience managing $1M–$10M projects with concurrent workstreams and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience working with MSPs and field operations teams in data center environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience; ability to obtain site access badges and pass facility background checks.

Nice to have

• Experience in hyperscale data center environments such as Google, AWS, Microsoft, or similar organizations.
• PMP, CAPM, or CSM certification.
• BICSI RCDD, CDCDP, or similar data center or cabling certification.
